Methods of processing
The Owner has appropriate security measures in order to prevent non-authorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Data.
Data processing is performed using computer devices, following the procedures and organisational modes related with the indicated purposes. Besides the Owner, the Data can be accessible, in some cases, to certain categories of people in charge of the functioning of the Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal service, system administration) or to external parties (such as the providers of technical services, messaging services, hosting providers, IT companies, etc.) designated, if applicable, as Subcontractors by the Owner. Legal base of the processing

Processing location
The Data is processed in the head office of the Owner and in any other location where are located the parties responsible for the processing.
Storage time
Personal Data are processed and stored as long as required for the purpose for which they are collected.
Therefore:
• the personal Data collected for purposes linked to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User must be stored until the full enactment of the contract.
• the personal Data collected for purposes of legitimate interest of the Owner must be stored as long as necessary for those objectives to be met. The Users can find the specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner in the corresponding sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
The Owner can be authorised to store personal Data longer each time the User gives their consent to such a processing, as long as the consent is not withdrawn. Moreover, the Owner can be obliged to store the personal Data longer each time it is required for the execution of a legal obligation or upon order from an authority.
Once the storage period expired, the personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to delete, the right to rectify and the right to portability of data naturally become obsolete after the expiry period of storage.

The Data relative to the User are collected to allow the Owner to provide his Service, to follow his obligations, to respond to law enforcement requests, to protect his rights and interest (or those of his Users or third parties), to detect any malicious or fraudulent activity.

The services which contain this part allow the Owner to monitor and analyse the Web traffic and to follow the evolution of User behaviour.

Google Analytics if an Web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (« Google »). Google uses collected Data to follow and analyse the use of this Application, prepare activity reports and share them with other Google services. Google can use the collected Data to contextualise and customise the adverts of its own advertisement network.

By filling the contact form with their Data, the User authorises the use of this information by the Application to ends of responses to the information requests, of quotes or of any other demand as the form’s header indicates.

User Rights
